For us it doesn't make a big difference whether the design planning comes from you or ours. We can also achieve our efficiency goals with your TGA plans. We create for the Lightweight steel construction the implementation planning and the corresponding statics using CAD 3D models.

We guarantee the static test capability.
Standardization takes place automatically and can be used to duplicate buildings and projects.

A special software controls the production so that everything fits together on the construction site and nothing is missing.

Symbiosis of industrial production and skilled work

The lightweight steel construction is comparable to the timber frame construction:
A load-bearing framework is set up and boarded. The installations, plumbing, electrics and more are located in the spaces in between. There is also space for the insulation - in, in front of and behind the wall, the floor, the ceiling. Your property has barely begun. Lightweight steel construction is efficient. In combination with a modular design, it is even more ecological and cost-efficient.

Only functional and technologically superior materials are used for fire, noise and climate protection. The insulation and panel materials are in no way inferior to the other construction methods in quality and effect. The steel profiles surpass both the timber frame construction and the solid construction in some essential areas and add new advantages.

Technology is modern when it provides advantages on a broad front - the lightweight steel construction is such a game changer.

High quality, durable, fast

The low weight of the carrier system in combination with its extreme robustness. Depending on the requirements, steel girder profiles are made from sheet metal with a thickness of 0.6 to 3.5 mm. In terms of their static properties and robustness, all profile types are relatively light.
Wood is still very load-bearing even in house fires, but steel profiles are simply not flammable. If the profiles are protected from excessive heat, a fire cannot harm the structure. Residential houses can be designed more efficiently and comfortably if the building materials are fire-resistant.

Steel also stands out as a material in sound insulation.
Wood and solid building materials are much larger resonance bodies than steel profiles. In addition, horizontal and vertical connections are separated.
