Extension of a single-family house in Wiesbaden
\nThe two-story house was topped up with an attic with a spacious roof terrace. The increase took place within the framework of the permissible building regulations and planning law conditions.
\nThe increase serves to expand the existing residential unit on the ground floor and first floor.
\nThe increase took place in two days with two modules.
\nThe use of the sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and spacious recreational areas meet the requirements of modern high-quality living.
\n9 dormers with access to another terrace form windows and exit options.
\nIt was covered in slate with a painted dormer cover from the PREFA brand.
\nThe bottleneck was the chimney, which led through the first module and was then bricked up 2 meters above the roof terrace floor level.
\nThe completion work after the module was completed took another 3 working days.<\/p>\n
